How far in advance should we book The Isle Events?
We recommend securing your date 8–12 months in advance, especially for peak dates. However, if your timeline is shorter, please reach out—we happily accommodate closer dates whenever our calendar allows.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Puerto Rico and serve couples across the entire island, as well as select destinations. Since many of our couples plan from abroad, we use seamless virtual meetings to make the distance feel completely non-existent.
How do I know which package is right for me?
We designed our quiz, “Which TIE Package is Your Perfect Fit?”, to make finding your match fun and simple. You can also book a complimentary 30-minute consultation, and we will talk through your vision together to find the best fit.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely. While our signature packages are thoughtfully designed to cover most wedding styles, we are always happy to tailor our services to align with your specific vision, timeline, or cultural traditions.
Do you help with vendor recommendations?
Yes! We have curated relationships with incredible local vendors, from florists and photographers to unique island experiences like live cigar rollers. We’ll connect you with the team that best fits your style and aesthetic.
What’s the difference between the “Day Of” and “Month Of” packages?
Our Day-Of coordination focuses strictly on managing your pre-arranged timeline and logistics on the wedding day itself. Month-Of coordination steps in about 4–6 weeks prior, allowing us to take over vendor communication, review your floor plans, and tie up any loose ends so you can truly relax leading up to the big day.

We understand that every celebration has different priorities. Our tiered packages offer flexibility, and during our initial consultation, we can help guide you toward the investment level that makes the most sense for your day.
