PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

• The Full Planning Foundation: Includes everything in the Flamboyán Package (master budgeting, vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, 1 structured meeting a month, and a day-of dedicated team of two professionals)

• Destination & Hospitality Logistics: Full administrative set up, booking assistance, and management of hotel room blocks, resort accommodations, and guest RSVPs from afar.

• Guest Transportation Management: Sourcing and coordinating airport-to-resort ground transportation, shuttles or travel logistics for you and your guests staying at the hosting resort. 

• Local Representation: Venue site visits, walkthroughs, and vendor meetings executed entirely on your behalf while you are outside the island.

• Extended Weekend Coordination: On-site management covering your multi-day events, including your welcome cocktail, rehearsal dinner and full wedding day.
